DistroCode connects the systems your business already runs: website forms, the CRM, email, invoices, and the system that keeps orders and stock. We set up GoHighLevel, connect a CRM to an ERP, and add AI steps where they save someone work.
Every job is quoted after we have mapped the workflow with you.
The tasks where someone types the same details twice.
An enquiry arrives through a form on your website. Someone copies it into the CRM, writes the follow-up email by hand, and weeks later types the same name and address into an invoice. Every copy is a chance to get a digit wrong.
We connect those steps so the details are entered once.
AI goes in only where a step needs reading or writing, not just moving data. Two examples: sorting incoming enquiries by what they ask for, and drafting a reply for a person to check and send.
We set up and rework GoHighLevel. That covers the sales pipelines and the stages a lead goes through. When a lead moves from one stage to the next, an automation can send the next email or create a task for your team.
We also connect GoHighLevel to the rest of your tools, so a contact added on your website or in your invoicing does not have to be typed in again.
Using a different CRM? Tell us which one in your first message. We will say plainly whether we have worked with it before we quote.
An ERP is the system that keeps your orders, stock and accounts. We connect it to your CRM and your website, so a web order, a won deal or a stock change reaches the other systems without anyone keying it in.
We start from what your ERP already lets other software do: an import, an export, or an API. If it cannot do what you need, we tell you before we build anything.
Because we build it into our own products.
In SiteBridge, our WordPress tool, an AI assistant proposes changes and each one waits until a person approves it. In one test in our lab, it proposed changing a button link from “#” to our About page. The change sat in a review table with three columns, Setting, Before and Proposed, and nothing on the page moved until someone approved it.
In the next release of our AI Product Recommender, part of PluginSprout, the chat may only quote a price it looked up in the store. Our test makes a stand-in for the AI say “The mug costs $999.” without checking. The plugin holds that reply back and asks for a lookup. It ran on 9 October 2026 against a test catalog: 24 checks, 0 failures.
A reply drafted for your customers waits for a person in the same way.
Email sales@distrocode.com or use the contact form. Tell us which tools you use now and the one task you most want to stop doing by hand.
We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday.
