  1. We look at your site before we quote.
  2. You get the cause and a quote, or the questions we need answered first.
  3. Nothing on your site changes before you have the quote.

WordPress maintenance costs $99 a month, or $229 a month for a WooCommerce store.

Is your site down right now?

Choose “Something broke” in the form, give the page address and copy the error word for word. We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. If the site has stopped answering and you are on a care plan, the uptime watch has already alerted us. Read how one-off fixes work while you wait.

Why copy the error exactly?

The exact words point to the cause. On our own staging store, which we broke on purpose to test a fix, the checkout said “There are no payment methods available.” One setting caused it: every payment gateway had been switched off. “The checkout is broken” would not have told us where to look.

How do we get into your site?

Where we can, with a login made for us. On WordPress, that is a separate admin user you can delete when the work is done. On Squarespace, you invite us as a contributor, so you never share your password.

How is other work priced?

Other work is quoted per job. If we can’t fix a fault, you don’t pay for that job.

Do you work on Wix sites?

Yes. We fix and look after Wix sites, and we can move a Wix site to WordPress.

How can you reach us?

By email or through the form, so both sides keep a written record. We have no public phone line for now.
